Our fun and high energy dance and fitness courses are guaranteed to give you a great workout and provide that commitment you need to reach your goals.
If you want to dance, a high intensity cardio workout or concentrate on toning and conditioning, we have got it covered. With our variety of workout courses, you are spoilt for choice.
Attending our regular weekly classes that you have committed to, means you are more likely to keep on track and get the results you want.
Each course runs for 6 or 7 weeks term time only, working around your family commitments and giving you time for a little recharge before your next course starts. 5 Week Course £30
Venue & Times: The Centre Mawsley 7.15 – 8pm
Course Dates: Wednesday 19th May – Wednesday 16th June
If you are an ex dancer, a kitchen dancer or just starting out, this fun high energy dance class is for you. UG is all about letting go, finding your own rhythm and dancing like no one is watching to upbeat RnB, Urban music.
You do not need a dance background to enjoy this class, as with all of our classes there is no pressure, just a warm and friendly environment for you to dance and enjoy yourself. UG includes Street and Commercial dance styles and steadily builds an achievable dance routine, backed up with supportive teaching that makes you feel successful and sassy! You will experience a variety of choreography that will challenge and inspire you and enjoy a good laugh throughout. All abilities, sizes and ages (16+) are welcome.
Please wear appropriate dance/fitness attire with trainers/dance trainers and bring water to keep hyrated.

Grooving to the beats of salsa, flamenco, merengue and dance music feels more like a dance party than a workout, which is exactly what makes Zumba so popular. The Latin-inspired dance workout is one of the most popular group exercise classes in the world. You don’t need to be a dancer to feel welcome in a Zumba class. Zumba takes the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
The benefits of Zumba include a total workout combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. All abilities, sizes and ages (16+) are welcome.

Did you now that 10 minutes of bouncing is the equivalent of 30 minutes running and its a good laugh, what’s not to like. NASA even agrees that bouncing is “the most efficient and effective exercise yet devised by man”.
The programme uses High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) techniques to maximise the most effective fat burning process in the cardio section, whilst using the pliable surface of the mat to perform a range of core stability exercises. Trampolining or Rebounding as it is also known has many health benefits including a fantastic full body workout, massive calorie burn, weight loss, increased metabolism, relieves stress, low impact on joints and ligaments, improves the Lymphatic system, reduces cellulite and is suitable for all ages (16yrs+), shapes & sizes.
So what you waiting for get booking and bouncing! Please ensure you wear appropriate fitness attire, BB Grips Socks are available to purchase for £5 and please bring both water and a towel, you are going to sweat!

If you like the idea of a dance and fitness class that feels more like a night out than a workout, you’ll LOVE Clubbercise® With it’s fun, easy-to-follow dance routines, glow sticks, club anthems and disco lights, you are guaranteed to get your glow on!
Due to the high and low impact options, Clubbercise dance fitness classes are great if you’re just starting out on a fitness regime or if you’re already a fitness freak! As with all of our LWD Classes, you can choose to use the demonstrated modifications if needed and take the class at your own pace. All abilities, sizes and ages (18+) are welcome.
Glow Sticks are available to purchase for £5 per pair. Please wear appropriate fitness attire and bring both water and a towel, you are going to get a serious GLOW on!
