Welcome to Kettlebell Workout with Melissa, get ready to a have a serious sweaty heart pumping workout and a few laughs along the way. I had the pleasure of joining Melissa (or should I say I had no choice :D) and had the best workout and giggle with this Kettlebell Queen. I felt that I had worked every muscle, and got a serious sweat on, the next day was interesting! Melissa will take you through a warm up and a layered approach, performing rounds of cardio, kettlebell exercises and adding moves as the class progresses. There are modifications, so join me if you need to adapt, I did! Or for you hardcore Kettlebell peeps stay with Melissa. This really is a full body workout, you have 30 minutes to work hard and push yourself. Please make sure the space around you is safe, listen to Melissa’s advise when using your Kettlebell and keep hydrated throughout the class. Go smash it! Love Louise xxx
