Welcome to Ab Attack with Melissa, get ready to give those abs a serious workout! The class includes a warm up, a focus on increasing your core strength and abdominal endurance and a well deserved stretch. Your core is integral to every element of your life, having a weak core can cause back pain and have a negative impact on simple activities, like lifting and running. Improving your core will increase your range of movement, support your back and help you to live your fullest life! It is a 30 minute workout, so go for it!
