Private Singing Lessons
Does your child love singing and want to develop their singing ability and performance skills. If the answer is yes, why not consider private one to one singing tuition with our fabulous Miss Susie.
Miss Susie has a wealth of knowledge and experience from her career singing professionally on cruise ships to performing in a number of leading roles with local theatre companies – you may have seen her at the Lighthouse Theatre playing the iconic role of Deloris Van Cartier in Sister Act!
We already have a number of children undertaking lessons, who have come on in leaps and bounds in their ability and confidence and parents have been really impressed with their progress. Miss Susie’s teaching style is fun, energetic, encouraging and supportive and she always strives to get the best out of the children.
A typical class consists of a vocal warm up, a focus on the techniques used to increase the vocal range, voice projection and diction, learning of the importance of breath and how to use it effectively and developing stage presence and performance skills. Children will learn a variety of songs from pop to musical theatre to assist with developing their vocal range.
As a parent, I acknowledge the importance of you knowing what activities your child engages in. Parents are always invited to our ‘Watching Week’ at the end of term and are welcome to stay for the first session.
For all classes parents are expected to drop off and collect. For our uniform requirements, please refer to your parent handbook and order at https://crazyaunt.co.uk/lwd
We look forward to meeting you and having the pleasure of teaching your child.
